THE MAIN
GUNNARPRESS ®– We can to offer any standard or special types of bending tools .For main press brake systems such as Promecam–EURO System, Trumpf-WILA System, Bystronic System, etc.
We can supply a rich selection of standard shapes or make any special tools under the request of the customer including the length of 6000-8000 mm in one piece, together with specialized technical customer support for any press brake bending application.
AMADA system
AMADA (Promecam) System tooling features a standardized 13×30 mm tang, widely used on European and most Asian press brakes. The tang design is simple and universal, ideal for low to medium tonnage air bending. Different punch types mainly vary in angle and height, while tang dimensions remain consistent for interchangeability.
LVD system
LVD System Type I tang is compatible with TRUMPF/WILA system (20×40 mm / 20×36 mm) systems for hydraulic clamping. Type II is a heavy-duty design with reinforced structure. Lower dies feature an off-center design (5.7 mm / 7 mm) and 12.7×19 mm mounting size, ensuring precise positioning in demanding applications.
WILA system
WILA tooling offers multiple tang configurations, mainly 20×40 mm and 20×36 mm, designed for hydraulic clamping systems. Variations include different heights and safety retention options (buttons or pins). The system supports frontal loading and high-precision alignment, suitable for high-tonnage and automated bending environments.
TRUMPF system
TRUMPF system tooling uses 20×40 mm and 20×36 mm tang types, compatible with hydraulic clamping and frontal loading. Punch tangs are classified by weight: <12.5 kg with safety clicks, >12.5 kg with safety pins. Different tang heights and profiles are available to prevent interference and improve flexibility.
BYSTRONIC system
BYSTRONIC System tooling features a dovetail tang design, ensuring secure and accurate positioning in the clamping system. Different tang profiles are designed specifically for Bystronic machines, focusing on stability and precision. This system is ideal for high-accuracy bending and automated production environments.
