AMADA/Promecam (Euro) press brake tools
We offer a wide range of standard press brake tools for the Promecam system, which is a European clamping system. This system is commonly installed on major press brakes in Europe, as well as on most press brakes of Asian or Turkish origin, accounting for about 95% of the market. The Promecam press brake tool system is one of the most convenient to use for processing small and medium-tonnage products. It offers a diverse range of air press brake tools, making it a versatile solution for many production tasks.
The Amada/Promecam clamping system tool is the most common in the world and is used on most press brakes. It offers a wide selection of punches and dies to handle virtually any bending process, as well as specialized tools for specific applications. If necessary, we can manufacture and supply modified tools if the standard ones are not suitable.
We offer high quality tools made from 42CrMo structural steel. All punches and dies undergo volumetric induction heat treatment, which gives the working surfaces a hardness of 47+/-2HRc. At the customer’s request, we can perform laser hardening to increase the hardness of the main working surfaces to 56-60HRc.
All fastening, joining and working surfaces of the tool undergo precision grinding. The parallelism and straightness of the working and fastening surfaces correspond to a tolerance of 0.02mm/1000mm. At customer’s request, we can achieve higher accuracy of 0.01mm/1000mm.
Each tool is marked with an original code indicating the main parameters. It is also coated with a preservative and packed in wooden crates for transportation and storage.
