Press brake tools of the Beyeler/Safan system for machines of the same manufacturers, as well as other manufacturers with this fastening system. This fastening system can be considered the third most common in the world. In Russia, this system is not so popular, but we are ready to provide the necessary support to customers with this type of machine and supply press brake tools to solve your production problems.

The tool is made of high quality structural steel 42CrMo. The volumetric induction heat treatment method is used for all punches and dies, after heat treatment the working surfaces have a hardness of 47+/-2HRc. At the customer’s request, it is possible to increase the hardness of the main working surfaces of the tool by laser hardening to 56-60HRc.

All fastening, joining and working surfaces of the tool undergo precision grinding. The parallelism and straightness tolerance corresponds to 0.02mm/1000mm on all working and mounting surfaces. We can improve this parameter to 0.01mm/1000mm at the request of the customer.
