LVD press brake tools
We offer press brake tools for LVD press brakes, including the old locking systems (classic) and the basic LVD-W. The advantages are durable tools made of high-strength materials, the possibility of front loading and mirror positioning of punches. Older LVD and Heavy Duty systems are available as specialty tools.
We offer the supply of press brake tools with LVD mounting upon your request. You can submit a request indicating the markings and the necessary segmentation according to the original manufacturer’s catalog.
The tool is made of high-quality structural steel 42CrMo4.
The volumetric induction heat treatment method is used for all punches and dies, after heat treatment the working surfaces have a hardness of 47+/-2HRc. At the customer’s request, it is possible to increase the hardness of the main working surfaces of the tool by laser hardening to 56-60HRc.
All fastening, joining and working surfaces of the tool undergo precision grinding. The parallelism and straightness tolerance corresponds to 0.02mm/1000mm on all working and mounting surfaces. We can improve this parameter to 0.01mm/1000mm at the request of the customer.
